We are pleased to announce the return of BENTO BOX.

Bento Box will be open weekly Wednesday through Friday for ONE 6 p.m. seating . The menu will be prix fixe boasting all the classic Bento Box dishes including Egg Rolls, Green Curry Mussels and, of course, the Red Chili Chicken Singapore Noodles.

What to expect from Chef Rick Spiros Catered Events

Here is how the process works to create a memorable event.

Together, we determine a balanced menu.
I will provide all serving platters and pieces.
You are responsible for plates, glassware, and flatware.
My staff and I will arrive an hour prior to guest arrival to set up.
Each dish will be served Family-style and coursed out whether you are hosting a seated dinner or a cocktail party.
Upon completion of food being served, I will pack up my things and leave the cleaning/serving person to finish break down and clean-up.
